Wellbeing:
We define wellbeing as being strong, secure and resilient; emotionally, physically & environmentally. Rather than off-the-shelf offerings, all our wellbeing efforts address the specific needs of our employees. We determine our employee needs by collecting information from a data warehouse of health plan claims; employee surveys, focus groups and direct feedback; and current events that directly impact their work or home life. From this data we develop a fluid and adaptable multi-year strategy that addresses the “upstream” causes of underlying conditions and circumstances. Through this strategy we produce targeted communications, customized programs, and value-based plan design.
