Additional Culture Details
We take what we do seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Around our nest, you’ll hear endless bird puns (flockin’ awesome is our favorite), birds chirping (every bird receives a plush that chirps when you squeeze it), and peeps laughing AND crying. We laugh no matter how crazy things get. We cry for those who are suffering and for having the privilege to make a difference. Our flock has a lot passion, a ton of heart, and a true blue purpose that drives us to rise up every day.
