"Value Beyond Price...Making Great Promises and Keeping Them!": Without teamwork our mission, to give value beyond price and make great promises and keep them, is impossible. It will require we all work together as a unified team. We cannot have a team without the members of the team being loyal to one another. Therefore, each member must hold himself/herself accountable for their responsibilities and by doing so earn the trust of the team, and the right to hold all others on the team accountable for their responsibilities. This requires integrity. We must first be honest with ourselves and then our teammates because trust is earned not given. To do this we will need to have the courage to hold each other to the highest standards while interacting in a respectful manner. The goal is not to belittle one another but build each individual’s capabilities and capacity to the highest extent possible for that individual. By doing so, we will definitely be providing value beyond price to our community. That is a promise we intend to keep.
