Purpose
Two Bettys is a social enterprise that has a triple bottom line: People, Planet and Profit. We are a green certified company disrupting the business of cleaning homes and businesses by treating people well and not polluting. We pay employees a living wage and benefits because it's the right thing to do. We’re woman-owned and run, and we’re fierce advocates of environmental, economic and social justice.
Vision
We believe there are no unskilled workers, and that providing domestic workers and janitors a safe and equitable environment to thrive in, while not polluting or exposing workers to harmful chemicals, provides a model to clean up an industry rife with inequity and injustice.
