Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota
The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit membership association dedicated to building a marketplace where businesses and consumers can trust one another. We encourage businesses to practice voluntary self-regulation in the interest of upholding high business ethics and ensuring a fair marketplace for business competition. We also offer a variety of free services and resources to the public, including validated reviews on thousands of companies, dispute resolution, consumer tips, outreach and education to seniors, and fraud alerts. In this past year, the BBB received 22,940 consumer complaints which were resolved with a 90% satisfaction rate. Supported by our 6700 member businesses, our services are always free to consumers. As the first Better Business Bureau in the nation, our organization has led the way for BBBs across the United States and Canada, as we recently celebrates our Centennial.
