Additional Culture Details
We believe that learning, hard work, and fun are not mutually exclusive and that learning should be a joyful and exciting endeavor, especially for children. From teachers, to assistants, to front office staff, to administration, all of our staff members take pride in what they do and are united in our common mission of educating the hearts and minds of our students. We focus on personal development in everything we do at BFCS, whether through our core virtues program, curriculum choices, school values, or interactions in our classrooms. Our goal is to help our students become educated, responsible, and honorable citizens, who are ready to go out and change the world.
Our leaders, teachers and staff are all dedicated to our purpose: providing students with an exceptional, well-rounded education, both in intellect and character. This leads to a supportive and fulfilling environment, where staff come alongside one another and lift each other up every single day. Our goal is to help our staff be the best they can be, so that in turn we can help our students be the best version of themselves.

Values
- PRACTICE AND EMULATE VIRTUE
- We act honorably and with integrity in all situations. When we say all situations, we mean all - even when it’s hard, and even when no one is looking.
We realize that actions speak louder than words. We push students to pursue both academic and moral excellence; as we teach our students what it is to be a moral, thoughtful force in the world, we must exemplify precisely what we teach them.
We seek to understand and practice virtue. By setting lofty expectations for ourselves, we create a community of individuals centered around truth and goodness.
