Associates work closely with a supervisor to get advice, guidance, mentoring and education to be successful in their careers.
Benchmark University:

With this hybrid approach, associates can keep current with the strict requirements of the senior living industry for in-service training, licensure tracking and certificates.

Benchmark One Company Fund, Inc., a nonprofit organization, was formed by Benchmark executives for the sole purpose of providing emergency cash assistance to associates and their families during times of unpredictable hardship.
