Bayshore Ford is all about it's philosophy of " People First " with the four company values of integrity, accountability,quality and respect. It is taught, practiced daily and even written on a laminated card we all carry with us. It is amazing to see this first hand through a terrific customer experience who will refer friends to have another opportunity for a great Bayshore experience. These actions will in turn have other team members be more satisfied and happy spreading the positivity though out the dealership. Most all team members have made life long friendships with other team members and customers that extend way beyond the normal dealership hours.
At least once a month I am very proud to say that I have a customer walk though the door remarking how happy and positive the office environment is at Bayshore. This is one on many reasons why many team members make a whole career and retire from a company they love. I have personally been a Bayshore team member for fifteen years and plan on retiring as this is the best place to work in Delaware
