BCI-Dahlgren opened its doors in 1995, primarily supporting the U.S. Navy's future ship and combat system programs. The experience of our degreed engineers and previous ship operators and maintainers provides a unique capability to determine future system performance parameters based on sound operational and engineering principles. Since 1995, our systems engineering team has worked on the leading edge of technology in developing advanced concepts for combat systems, training, maintenance, human-systems integration, and command and control. BCI-Dahlgren has been included in the Small Employer category of the annual list of Best Places to Work in Virginia.
Mission
BCI is focused on warfighting effectiveness. We practice end-to-end systems engineering throughout the system life-cycle to deliver the customer -- the warfighter -- optimal solution solutions leading to increased readiness. We believe in applying rigorous engineering and scientific methods to solve the challenge of integrating people and systems.
