Founded in 1975, Bancroft Construction is a full-service Construction Management, General Contracting, Design-Build, Program Management, Estimating, Owner's Representative, Virtual Design, and Specialized Project firm serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Over the last year, Bancroft's Senior Leadership Team worked together to create a vision statement called Vivid Vision 2025, which paints a picture of how Bancroft will look, feel, and operate in 2025 and beyond. While many of the themes in the Vivid Vision apply to our way of business today, aspirational components challenge and inspire employees to reach those practices and goals by 2025.
