What employees are saying

I get to pursue my life's passion for helping others. I am constantly learning new techniques to help families the providers who work with them. Some days I wake up not believing this is what I get to do for a living.

It helps me grow in the ABA career and cares about it’s employees; especially during the pandemic.

this career is what I want to do with the bonus of having such a supportive company. I love that AZA United influences education to better help everyone do their job better. They generous pay is also a bonus!

Everyone comes to work with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard to accomplish AZA's mission every day.

The people are extraordinary and the work is meaningful.

The staff across all departments and levels are so encouraging and accepting. AZA has a positive work environment that promotes the development of all employees to become the best employee they can be.

I am genuinely happy coming to work everyday and know that I am helping my clients learn new skills everyday while making it fun and engaging for them to learn! I feel supported by my co-workers and supervisors and love the team environment at AZA.

I have enough autonomy to be creative and implement ideas and quality improvements w/o pushback. We are held accountable but it is never punitive or oppressive.

I love getting to make a difference in the lives of clients and their families!

Where to start? I don't think I have ever been a part of any organization that values team members as much as AZA United. Everyone, starting from the top (CEO), is my favorite co-worker. They are all so very kind. Every conversation is such a positive experience. I feel very appreciated and feel like my voice counts and is included in the decision making. Working for a company that TRULY wants to help families impacted by Autism brings me great joy. I have many friends who have expressed their frustrations of working from home because they miss the interaction they have with their coworkers. A neighbor stated she feels "depressed and lonely." I told her how amazing AZA United has been through this pandemic. Although I miss seeing everyone, I know that AZA United has made it easier by implementing "Eat and Greets" and encouraging Teams meetings which helps us see each other. It feels like we're still together. My neighbor was excited about this and made this suggestion to her HR department.
