I feel a strong sense of purpose in my role, and I feel supported and empowered to do my best work.

I make a difference in our customer's lives by providing a solution to their mobility needs. They once again have access to their whole home and are not a prisoner of one floor. I like my manager and feel he wants me to succeed and gives me the tools to do so.

This job gives me an opportunity to use a wide variety of skills, as well as making me think outside of the box on nearly every job site. Though somedays are tougher than others, the feeling of seeing a job all the way through and completing it to the best of my ability, gives me a sense of purpose. The project management team always has my back, as well as the managers and higher up's in the field. That gives a meaningful reason to get me do my best to try to make their lives easier. The entire crew is always ready and willing to answer their phones and help out fellow techs.
