Purpose

Founded in 1992, Arrow Child & Family Ministries was born from a deeply personal mission - to ensure that every child has the opportunity to experience the love, stability, and support of a safe family. Inspired by their journey in the foster care system, our founder set out to create a place where children could truly heal and thrive.

Today, Arrow is one of the largest child welfare agencies in Texas, also serving children and families across Maryland. We provide a comprehensive continuum of care tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Our services include Foster Care, Adoption, Behavioral Health, Treatment Foster Care, Kinship Care and support for children with complex medical and emotional needs. In Maryland, our programs extend to include Residential Care, Child & Family Support Services and specialized education services through our Arrow Center for Education Schools.... Read more
