- Employee Engagement is the cornerstone of ATG’s success. Since we were founded, we have focused on consistent engagement with employees in a meaningful way to foster and promote our culture. The management team holds quarterly lunches with each employee to show their appreciation for the work they are doing, make sure they are aware of any issues they are experiencing, and to update them on upcoming company events and announcements that aren’t covered in the quarterly newsletter. Our managers hold weekly internal meetings to ensure they understand how each employee is performing and to gauge if any employees are interested in pursuing new opportunities.
