Owner Josh Ward believes we must treat each other as we would a trusted relative. That kind of tone is set and carries across the company from the dispatch crew to the marketing team to the technicians on the road.

Recognizing employee loyalty and longevity is part of that culture. Our annual “November to Remember” program is a 30-day, high energy, fun-filled month to give thanks for our employees and the work they do daily. This program includes “Food Truck Tuesday,” departmental celebrations, giveaways and the training room has even been converted into an arcade for break time. This is all part of the family-like atmosphere within the company that honors years of service, gathers everyone together for holiday celebrations and company outings.
