Appletree Answering Service is a full service inbound call center, along with a small boutique segment of outbound work. The outbound work includes: surveying our Customer’s customer, charity work such as American Idol Gives Back, and campaign specific programs. The primary business model is what is referred to as TAS (Traditional Answering Service), where small businesses retain a service to field calls during lunch or after hours. Our call center agents will take calls for a multitude of businesses. Based on our Customers requirements, we can fax, text, email, and post messages to the web or warm transfer an emergency call directly to our customer’s phone.
