Antis believes in taking care of all our stakeholders. Our employees are often times first generation immigrants, hard working and intent on providing for their families. We celebrate their culture and values with an annual holiday bonus called Aguinaldo. We invest in their development with professional certification industry training, soft skill leadership development for field operations training in Spanish and manager and leadership development programs for our English speaking employees too. We honor annually employee excellence at a Lobo awards employee event that includes families. Three times per month we recognize employees with a charitable giving card at team and safety meetings. During the summer we host TGIF lunches, summer BBQ's, and every month at 7am in our parking lot a well loved Mariachi band is serenading our employees with breakfast served by our good friend Wing Lam, Wahoos Fish Tacos!
