To help foster innovation and teammate engagement, AmRisc has developed councils around our values. Our councils are made-up of an executive team member and like- minded teammates who have a passion for working together on projects for the betterment of all. In addition to our Corporate Citizenship and DEI councils, we have a Talent Outreach council focused on not only on attracting new and diverse talent, but also recognizing and supporting our existing talent. In addition, we have a robust mentorship program called EDGE (Engage/Develop/Guide/Equip). This program was created as recognition that every one of us can harness great potential and acquire valuable skill sets under the guidance of experienced mentorship. Mentorship unlocks, ignites, and directs those assets towards productivity, fulfillment and success.
