AIPAC — the American Israel Public Affairs Committee — is a bipartisan American organization that advocates for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship. Our mission is to strengthen and expand the U.S.-Israel relationship in ways that enhance the security of the United States and Israel.
Purpose
The U.S.-Israel relationship is built on an unshakeable commitment to shared values and interests. The United States has long defined Israel’s survival and security as important to its own national interests. As part of this strategic partnership, America helps ensure Israel can defend itself, by itself, against mounting security threats through annual security assistance and missile defense cooperation.
