American Constructors is a general contractor founded in Austin in 1982. Our mission is to bring value and enhancement to the growth of Austin and Central Texas communities by participating and supporting community events and organizations by constructing quality, sustainable and attractive buildings; providing a safe, positive and rewarding working environment to our employees and creating long lasting relationships with all of our clients, architects, consultants, associates and friends. Over the years, American Constructors has worked all over the state, building more than $2 billion worth of new or renovated facilities over a wide range of project sizes and scopes. These projects have included multi-story office buildings, shopping malls, parking garages, restaurants, religious facilities, banking facilities, educational facilities, post offices, theaters, warehouses, healthcare facilities, athletic facilities and industrial and high-tech facilities.
