Quality: Always value quality people and quality work. A&M puts a premium on world-class, quality people and quality work with a bias toward action and delivery of value.
Objectivity: Do your homework before you form conclusions. We do not value “hip-shooters.” It is okay to have a hypothesis going into a situation, but validate your hypothesis with a fact base.
Fun: Like what you do and with whom you do it. Having fun, while staying focused on quality, is essential to success.
