Our 24 hour a day / 7 day a week commitment to customer service is at the core of what we do. The backbone of our dedicated service model is 1,300 of the best trained technicians in the industry and nearly 700 service vehicles on the road daily, all devoted to keeping our customers’ products fully operational. Our technicians go through a series of internal technical training certification programs, conferences, seminars, webinars and post-secondary education programs to ensure they are at the top of their craft.
