Alpha Building Corporation is a General Contractor specializing in Job Order Contracting. A Job Order Contract is a competitively bid, multi-year contract that allows a facility owner to accomplish a variety of minor construction and renovation projects on an as-needed basis under one master contract. Alpha has been providing JOC services in San Antonio since the late 1980's when we were awarded contracts at Fort Sam Houston, Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB. In San Antonio we currently work for UTSA, the City of San Antonio, Alamo Colleges, NEISD and Texas A&M - San Antonio.
