Purpose
AP’s purpose is to provide financing to small and medium sized businesses across the US while fostering a personalized approach to attract and retain customers. Our main priority is to make equipment financing a personal experience. We maintain excellent relationships with all the major equipment and truck manufacturers to source and match our customer’s business with the specialized trucks or equipment it needs.
Vision
AP's vision is to create a collaborative and communicative environment so that employees are inspired to share ideas and improve processes. This allows employees to grow in tandem with the company; AP provides the tools necessary to support this, from employee tuition reimbursement, industry specific training and certification support, and weekly inter-departmental meetings.
Mission
Our mission within AP is to pioneer the fast and frictionless delivery of customized equipment financing and business solutions for specialized small and medium sized businesses. Our company consists of industry specialists that know the latest specifications, requirements, industry developments, and trends. Internally, we take pride in caring about our community and our employees. We offer 10 hours for all employees to volunteer per year and create at least one fundraiser a year. AP exhibits a work-hard, play-hard mentality for our employees. During the pandemic, we had to pivot and find innovative ways to stay connected during a virtual time. This led to AP establishing a Culture Committee that holds virtual and in-person events frequently for our employees to connect with each other. The Culture Committee is made up of departmental ambassadors who embody, portray, and implement the House Rules. They promote a culture that embraces change and cultivates an environment where people are excited to come to work. They do this through leading by example, using clear and open communication, and having fun!
