In 2020, we transitioned to a fully remote workforce, supported with an extensive communications plan to drive engagement and supplement our many company activities. In 2022, we instituted a flexible workplace policy in which our people can return to the office on a completely voluntary basis. This approach reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting work/life balance.
All Star also has a world-class training organization that provides new hire, consultant, leadership, and business partner training, and continuous learning and development opportunities for all employees. Because we are hiring right now and our people are still working remotely, we have developed a hybrid training program to set new hires up for success safely as they will ultimately be working from home for some time, too.
