teams of attorneys and staff worked together during United Way week on a lego building project representing building a better community
At the annual staff appreciation breakfast the attorneys open a themed restaurant and serve breakfast to the staff, some of it they cook themselves, and present the staff with a gift at the end of service
At the annual staff holiday luncheon members of the staff are recognized for their service (5, 10, 15... and even one 50 year). Certificates are presented a long with a gift the employee can choose from the award catalog
A charity committee made up of staff and attorneys selects a charity to support each year from staff nominated programs. Throughout the year time and talent of everyone is contibuted to the chairty. Here the firm gave staff the time off to work on a landscaping project at Children and Families of Iowa's childcare facility. The firm also supplied all of the materials and lunch for the workers and CFI staff.
