After-School All-Stars
Founded by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1992, After-School All-Stars’ mission is to provide comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life.
For over three decades, After-School All-Stars (ASAS) has provided critical support and services to low-income youth, bridging the opportunity gap through free programs, as well as support services for students and their families. ASAS is driven by youth voice and choice and tailor programs to students’ interests in the following areas:
• Health & Wellness
• STEM
• Visual & Performing Arts
• Career Exploration
• Academics
ASAS currently operates at 740 school-year sites in 80 cities across the country, serving nearly 150,000 students.
