I get to make a difference every day, and I work with an incredible team who inspire me.

Everyone here makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I have never worked for a company where I have experienced the amount of kindness I do here at AD.

I love the people I work with here at AD. I am lucky in my role that I get to interact with lots of people across the company in many different departments and I truly think we have a great team. I found out during the pandemic while working from home that when you take away the stressful parts of working, sitting in a cubicle, commuting and just focus on doing your job in a comfortable environment that I really liked my job and the actual work I do. I think what we do here at AD is important.
