AFC Urgent Care Portland is a locally owned and operated group of clinics providing both scheduled and walk-in care 7 days a week for extended hours. TeleMedicine is also available 7 days a week for the convenience of our patients who prefer to see a provider via video from their home.. AFC clinics are located in NE Portland, Beaverton, Oregon City, Tigard, Hillsboro, and Cedar Mill. Each clinic is staffed by experienced physicians and providers, and has onsite X-Ray and lab to make visits quick and comprehensive. AFC Portland's services include Urgent Care, Primary Care, Immigration Physicals (USCIS), Work Comp for work injuries, travel medicine, sports physicals, and a wide variety of Occupational Health services. Overall, AFC's 6 clinics in the Portland Metro area provide care with an emphasis on convenience, quality, and patient respect. AFC accepts dozens of insurance plans including Care Oregon and Health Share plans.
