A historic and architectural gem, Aetna's home office of operations for nearly 160 years, is on Farmington Avenue in Hartford. Made of brownstone and red brick, the building that fronts Farmington Avenue was designed by James Gamble Rogers and is, to this day, known as the "Rogers building."
