The platform gives companies access to 820+ pre-built automations that combine transactional email, email marketing, marketing automation and CRM for powerful segmentation and personalization across social, email, messaging, chat and text.

A core company value at ActiveCampaign is to Cultivate Inclusion and Diversity. We bring this value to life in a variety of ways, starting from the moment a new employee joins the team where they are introduced to our commitments and actions to support diversity, our efforts to mitigate biases and microaggressions, and our efforts to prioritize intersectionality and inclusion. This new hire training is driven by our dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, whose sole focus is to ensure DEI is top of mind across the organization, and every employee can bring their authentic self to work.
Through our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), employees at every level, across all office hubs, come together to discuss life experiences, shared interests and celebrate differences. The current ERGs at ActiveCampaign include ActivelyAsian, ActivelyBlack, ActivelyLatinx, ActivePride, DadsOfAC, MomsOFAC, VeteransOfAC, and WomenOfAC. Every ERG at ActiveCampaign is supported by an executive level sponsor (Director or above) to liaise ideas to management and help push important ideas and conversations across the organization.
