Our Principal Partners continue to invest in and plan internal events monthly for everyone such as Panther’s tailgating, Pumpkin Carving Contests, Bring Your Pet to Work Day, Thanksgiving and 4th of July Pot-Lucks, Chili cook-offs and much more. Each Tuesday we have a company-wide “Town Hall,” where we come together to share best practices as well as recognize exceptional employee performances from the week, birthdays and/or annual work anniversaries. We enjoy rooting our coworkers on and rewarding hard work.
We have a beautiful and open office complete with a perfect skyline view of the city and Panther’s Stadium. The open office environment allows us to collaborate with our teammates and also engage in the occasional game of Corn Hole!
Our Principal Partners care a great deal about our professional and personal development. Not only do they invest in an “Emerging Leaders” leadership development program to cultivate up-and-coming internal talent, but they also invest in external leadership coaching. Their generosity also extends to covering the costs of any external industry associates, as well as an annual industry conference. They also hire external industry experts to provide quarterly training so that we can continue to stay up to date on industry trends and perfect our craft.
Another reason AccruePartners is a fantastic place to work is our annual incentive trip. This is a 4-day vacation to a tropical resort for recruiters and support staff who meet and exceed their goals.
