Access Therapy Group is a therapist owned, multidisciplinary practice, working with infants, children, injured athletes, and adults with disabilities. We provide therapy in schools, homes, daycares and through regional programs serving children with disabilities. Our outpatient facility located in Clifton Park has a therapeutic pool and sports medicine physical therapy center.
