Abilities Network was originally founded as the Epilepsy Association of MD in 1964. Our programming significantly expanded to additional populations
over the years so we changed our name to Abilities Network in 2000 to reflect our broadened services. Our mission is to challenge the community to
acknowledge the value and equality of people of all abilities. Abilities Network provides individualized supports and services to families, children, and
adults with developmental disabilities or other challenges who require direct services to be fully included in their communities. Services are provided
throughout the state of Maryland.
