From a company culture perspective our CEO, Krista Endsley, has been instrumental in developing ways for employees to provide necessary feedback to help the company grow. It’s one of the favorite parts of her job. From employee engagement surveys, to walking around the office, to her open-door policy, Krista is always available and accessible to hear from her team and make improvements, adjustments, and changes.
