Everyone at Aberdeen, from management to the field caregiving staff, is dedicated to the mission. We acknowledge that we are caring for elders... human beings! The weight of our jobs does not go unnoticed. We are changing families' lives by allowing their loved ones to maximize their quality of life while remaining in their homes. We have some clients who have been with the agency for many years, and others who are with us for a very short time. From the start of the case, right up to the end of their life, our goal is to make their life better - better than the day before. We engage with clients, provide companionship, and discreetly help care for their daily needs - like toileting, eating, and showers. Aberdeen operates on a patient-first philosophy, where we are focused on the different ways we can make their lives better each day.
