A Bridge to Achievement (ABtA) is a North Carolina–based ABA therapy provider serving children, teens, and young adults with autism in Winston‑Salem, Charlotte, Pineville, and surrounding counties. Founded by Dana Alley, whose personal journey inspires its mission, ABtA delivers evidence‑based, individualized, and trauma‑informed ABA services—ranging from early intervention and autism assessment to social‑skills groups, vocational and life‑skills programs—through a family‑centered, diversity‑affirming approach.
ABtA emphasizes collaboration—with families, schools, and communities—underpinned by core values of DEI, clinical excellence, and positive change. As an ACQ‑accredited, BCBA‑led team, they aim to unlock learners’ potential, boost independence, and transform lives—while cultivating a supportive, inclusive workplace.
