8z is more than a residential brokerage – it's a family, and that has never been more evident than over the past year. Through the events of the pandemic, from leadership to the agents, the 8z team has banded together to create new initiatives that support clients and 8zers adversely affected by COVID, as well as launching a new program to help first time buyers realize their dreams of homeownership. Though we're unable to gather in large groups, the 8z "vibes" can be felt through every virtual Town Hall and meeting. Instead of a culture driven by competition, our agents support and counsel each other and serve as resources to make every client transaction exceptional.
