4D Recovery is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing, in partnership with systems, communities, and individuals, comprehensive services that help adolescents, young adults, and families recover from substance use disorders. As a Recovery Organization, we offer a continuum of care that ensures long-term support services, maximizing our clients’ ability to achieve lasting recovery.
Purpose
At 4D Recovery, our purpose is to create a reality where young people have access to the recovery support, community, and resources they need to thrive. We exist to walk alongside young people and families impacted by substance use—offering hope, healing, and opportunity. By centering peer connection, lived experience, and whole-person care, we empower individuals to build healthy, self-directed lives and stronger futures.
