Since 1970, 1st Lake Properties has designed and developed over 9,500 apartment units, as well as a number of suburban office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers, warehouses, and self-storage projects in the New Orleans area. We recently added properties in Baton Rouge, Slidell, and Mandeville, Louisiana and Jackson and Picayune Mississippi to our portfolio, in keeping with our plans to grow throughout the Gulf South.
