Award criteria and eligibility
The Top Workplaces for Engineers award is based on employee feedback collected through the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed tool with more than 18 years of data on workplace culture. The confidential survey captures insights directly from employees to measure an organization’s commitment to workplace culture.
To be eligible, participating companies must employ at least 35 engineers or have an engineering workforce made up of 10% or more of its total workforce.
There is no cost to nominate an organization, participate in the program, survey employees, or win the award.
