Workplace Survey and Insights support GAP Solutions' employee engagement strategy

At GAP Solutions, we use Energage to maintain employee engagement across all departments and demographics. The Workplace Survey and Insights are very useful tools for our senior executives and top-tier managers. We use them together to gain a macro look across the company and a more micro, personal perspective. The anonymous survey allows us to see where we are achieving high levels of engagement, and other areas where we need to make changes.

After participating in Top Workplaces and surveying with Energage for three consecutive years, it’s helpful to track changes and growth from year to year. Above all, it is a once-a-year strategic focus item for us to ensure that our company is working towards employee engagement.

Insights helped our organization overcome employee engagement challenges during and after the pandemic, specifically our return to “normal” work. It helped us discover and understand different employee perspectives, including trends across remote, hybrid, and in-person employees. There were specific needs from a professional perspective, but also from a personal perspective, such as socialization, culture, and training. Insights was instrumental in developing and refining a tiered
communications strategy that serves all employees during times of uncertainty, evolution, emerging requirements, and new norms.
