At The Barbers, our purpose is to be the premier place in Oregon and SW Washington for guys to go for a great haircut! We also want to parlay that success to create an employee group that is reaping the financial rewards of our business and who love coming to work in our culture that is based on exceeding our customers expectations on a daily basid
