Our mission is helping people live better lives. Whether our team is assisting a patient with a chronic illness or servicing a brief at-home rehabilitation, Carter Healthcare provides the highest quality of care to meet our clients’ needs.
Through our focused case management approach, each patient is assigned to one of our registered nurses, who follows the patient through the entire recovery process. This allows the nurse to spend valuable patient time performing focused assessments and providing maximum care during each visit to the patient’s home.
