PGP Title, a wholly owned subsidiary, oversees the interests of all people involved in a real estate transaction (the Buyer, Seller, Lender and Real Estate Agent). After closing, funding and recording of your transaction, PGP Title will issue the Title Insurance Policy to cover the title to your property. We have the privilege of handing over the keys to the deserving and happy homeowners!
