Additional Culture Details

One of the things we pride ourselves on the most is our company culture. One of our Employees summed it up well, “CoServ is a mid-sized company with a small town feel.”

We work hard to maintain a culture where Employees feel appreciated, valued and have a positive work-life balance.

In an effort to ensure that the small town feel stays alive, we involve not only the Employees in things that are going on around us, but also their families. From celebrating life’s successes like graduations, marriages, birth of a child/grandchild to our two largest company events where the entire family is welcome, we want everyone to feel like they are part of the CoServ family.
