Destination Cleveland employees have some of the best jobs in the city: we spend our days helping more people discover the real Cleveland in an effort to help change the narrative about our beloved hometown. That’s because Destination Cleveland is Cuyahoga County’s convention and visitors bureau, a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to drive economic impact and stimulate community vitality for Greater Cleveland through leisure and business travel. We offer positions in marketing, communications, sales and services, destination development, finance and administration, community affairs and partnership management for a variety of challenging, rewarding work. Established in 1934, Destination Cleveland was one of the first of its kind in the nation to receive DMAI-accreditation, which is a globally recognized designation that defines high standards in destination marketing and management. With more than 700 partner businesses and a growing hospitality industry, we’re dedicated to working collaboratively with the community to continue increasing the number of visitors to Cleveland for business and leisure travel.
Decisions are made based on research and metrics. You know why you are doing something, and it's reassuring to know that what you are doing makes sense and has direction.
Travel is my passion along with Cleveland, and being able to work at an organization that is both is my dream.
I couldn't ask for two better leaders to work for. They both inspire me to do more, give more, be more. I see my potential being very high because I feel strongly supported by them.
They are patient and understanding when it comes to mentoring.
