Interim HealthCare of Delaware has been a certified home health agency servicing the state of Delaware since 1986. Our agency provides skilled care as well as personal care and support. We staff caregivers with clients in their residences, including group homes, as well as schools. In additional to home care, we specialize in Consultative Nursing (Healthcare Management) and Newborn Pediatric Services. Our talent pool consists of Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. We currently have three office in each county located in New Castle, Smyrna, and Millsboro.

Interim Delaware offers a variety of personal assistance services to help you whether returning from the hospital or a rehab, experiencing or recuperating from an illness, or in need of occasional help - we're here for you. We customize our services for each person's individual needs and wishes.
