We cannot over-emphasize the dedication to "customer first" and "best idea wins." Every day, all of our employees know to put the customer first - ahead of themselves, the firm, and our financial results - because we know that we would not have employees or shareholder returns without delighted customers. Not sure whether to take on an engagement? Do what is best for the customer. Faced with a conflict of interest? Put yourself in the customer's shoes. Concerned about cost overruns? Act in the customer's best interests.
Similarly, we are a pure meritocracy, rooted in the fostering, generation, and tempering of the best idea. Success for us is when our 20-year old intern argues correctly against a Managing Director with 30 years of experience on a technical point resulting in the best solution for our customer. We do not tolerate intellectual laziness, intimidation, or favoritism from anyone at any level of the organization.
