Cooper Steel enjoys a warm and spirited culture rooted in a family/community first approach instilled over three generations of the Cooper family. For nearly 60 years Cooper has been building relationships around the country and within its' very walls. From concerts to charity events to BBQ's to education lunches, the company maintains a full schedule of opportunities for its employees to strengthen the bonds that makes them a successful team. Cooper is especially proud of its' extensive community engagement program which sees it participating with area partners such as the Boys and Girls Club, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, the Love Helps Organization, local area schools, fire, police, and the Fort Campbell Spouses Club (just to name a few)
